Trans Lifeline​
A lifeline organized and operated by trans people, the Trans Lifeline provides fully anonymous and confidential support to trans individuals as well as family and friends. National Domestic Violence Hotline​Advocates are available 24/7 to discuss a relationship and help determine if it migh e abusive. Call (800) 799-7233, text "start" to 88788, or chat online at thehotline.org
NAMI - National Alliance on Mental Illness​​
Affordable and accessible behavior and mental health services, community advocacy, and peer support groups. Leave a message at (800) 427-8020. One of NAMI's trained volunteers will return the call and assist in locating appropriate resources. Check out their website for more information namiscc.org
